Your first session at SEN begins with a short consultation to understand your needs, goals, and any areas of concern. From there, your treatment is tailored to you — whether that’s focused recovery work, relaxation, or a combination of both.
We’ll check in throughout the session to ensure pressure and techniques feel right, so you feel comfortable, supported, and get the most out of your treatment.
-
Wear something comfortable. Depending on your treatment, you may be asked to undress to your level of comfort (underwear on), and you’ll always be professionally draped throughout the session.
-
You may experience mild soreness and tenderness after deeper treatments or dry needling — this is normal and usually settles within 24–72 hours. Most clients leave feeling lighter, looser, and more relaxed.
-
At SEN, your treatment plan is tailored to your body, your goals, and how you’re feeling. Some clients benefit from short-term, more frequent sessions to manage pain or injury, while others prefer ongoing fortnightly or monthly maintenance to support recovery, movement, and overall wellbeing.
We’ll always guide you with honest, realistic recommendations so you feel supported.
