Your session begins with a short consultation to understand your needs, goals, and any areas of concern. From there, your treatment is tailored to you.
We prioritise a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment, with clear communication throughout your session.

For serious injuries or medical conditions, GP or health professional clearance is recommended
